The turquoise gloves get to go out

Sorry this photo is a bit overexposed, but hopefully it's not too bad.  I meant to show off the turquoise felt flower pin on my label along with the turquoise gloves and scarf, but it looks like you will have to take my word for it, as it is on the other shoulder.  They don't exactly match, but they all play in the same orchestra, so to speak.

This is me not far from our house, on the way to church yesterday.  I thought I might have a go at posting it on Patti's Visible Monday on the blog: Not Dead Yet

A positively lovely pinkish coat grabbed me today, but I think I have to change its sleeves, so watch this space for a coming attraction!

Thanks Serene. I realize in this photo how much I needed to get a haircut (now that my new hairdresser has "tamed" the mop).

I have the raspberry pink coat's sleeves partially fixed, so it will be fab very soon!

Cheers, Rosemary

Turquoise is such a beautiful color and looks great with your hair. I see that you are a glove lover - one of my favorite accessories.

Hello my dear!!!
As we begin to celebrate "our" birthday, I have to laugh!! We Pisces are notoriously psychic so of course I'm not surprised that we chose the same exact accessory color! Today, for the first time, I wore my thrifted vintage turquoise boots. They are the exact color as your gloves!! Are we twins separated at birth?

Happy birthday, with much love!!

Turquoise gloves are my absolute favourite. I have a leather pair that I found last year at Winners but sadly they are very sensitive to dirt! This seasons' colour trends were not kind to turquoise, so I hope next year will be better. I look forward the PINK!! coat.

Many thanks, Jean and Melanie!

I can't believe it, that we would both chose turquoise to wear on "our" birthday. Yes, indeed, separated at birth, although you got the better hair!!

Melanie, I suppose these gloves will get dirty at some point too, but they don't get to come to play that often, so I'll worry about that later. (In my old age. Ha, ha!)

Many thanks for your comments, and much love to you Judith on your birthday.
